2. Announcing three public organization design programs. Many clients have asked us to offer public organization design programs. We are pleased to announce three workshops in New York Cityone for managers and leaders, and the other for human resource and organization development professionals.
Complex Organization Design: Advanced Practitioner Workshop (February 1011, 2009). Amy Kates of DKA and Greg Kesler of CHRS will lead a case-based, intensive workshop for experienced internal OD professionals and external consultants. In this session we'll look at how organizations need to change along with business models, what smart companies are doing to reduce costly infrastructure and focus on value in the current economic down draft, and how to make the move into new markets and geographies.
