Downey Kates Associates, and its predecessors, has been in existence since 1986. Through that time, our work has been guided by a core set of principles based on our founder's belief in always doing right by the client.

We develop customized solutions. DKA doesn't force a predetermined solution on clients. We develop innovative solutions to deliver results given the organization's constraints. DKA is committed to delivering outcomes that improve performance.

Network
We provide a full range of consulting services, including diagnosis, individual and organization assessment, program design and development, training, facilitation, and implementation support. Our core group of employees is small by choice. This allows us to focus on work where we can have the greatest impact. When our work requires additional resources, DKA calls upon a team of senior global associates. This team approach means flexibility, quick turn-around, high quality, and personal attention by senior consultants.
